Alois gave her life to Christ in 1997 while she was pregnant and homeless with her youngest son. She was living in a Catholic homeless where she was laying in her room and the Lord touched her heart and she invited him in. . He also showed her the vision for Jabez Ministries.

She accepted her call as Evangelist while under the leadership of Pastor Reggie L. Hall of Shield of Faith Full Gospel Baptist Church in St. Louis, Missouri. She preached her first sermon out of Luke 4:18-19 on May 5, 2000. The Spirit of the Lord is Upon Me. And it was then that she was licensed as a Minister of the Gospel.

In October 2005, under the direction of the Holy Ghost she was led to leave Shield of Faith Full Gospel to Faith in Hope Ministries under the leadership of Dr. Charles L. Hilton.

The Lord continues to bless Alois in her ministry. In March 2006 Jabez Ministries was covered by FIHM. May 2006 the Lord opened the door for Minister Bell to preach the Word to Millions through the radio airwaves. Dr. Charles L. Hilton allows Min. Bell to teach on the “How Good God is Radio Broadcast” Every Saturday Morning on KXEN 1010AM @ 8:30AM. In July of 2006 Minister Bell was ordained into the office of Elder.  She also serves as Director of Evangelism.

Alois has the motto of you must have a kingdom Agenda. She has a heart for the homeless, widows and single mothers. It is her mission to be a chosen humble servant of God.

Alois is the proud wife of Gary and mother of 3 children. James 15, Taylor 14, and Jacob 11.
